Nothing. There is no contact form, no login, no newsletter, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Reading these pages leaves no personal information with us.

Booking an appointment

When you tap Book Now you are taken to Fresha, our booking system, on Fresha's own website. Anything you enter to book is handled by Fresha under their privacy policy, not ours. Payment is taken in the salon, in person.

If you email or call us

If you email or phone the salon, we use your details only to reply and to help with what you asked about. We do not share them with anyone and we do not use them for marketing.

How long we keep things

We keep emails and messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and then we delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see any information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office. As this website collects nothing, in practice this only ever applies to an email or message you have sent us. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
